The items you order from us are not pre-made – we start making them after you order them. Depending on how many items are in your order, it could take 2-4 weeks before they are ready to be shipped to you. We will keep you up-to-date on the status of your order via email, and let you know when you can expect it to be shipped.

Shipping methods

At the moment, we only ship to Australia. If there is demand, we may expand this in the future.

We prefer to ship to you via Sendle courier service. However, if Australia Post is more convenient for you, we are happy to send via standard post for the same price – just leave a note at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking details once your package is on its way.


Due to the restrictions currently in place in Victoria, we are experiencing delays with Australia Post. Couriers are less affected, but you should allow extra time to receive your delivery while the restrictions remain in place.


Our shipping satchels are biodegradable and home compostable, so you can dispose of them without worrying about environmental impact.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind. If your item is faulty and you would like a refund, we will refund the cost of the item once it has been returned to us. If your item is faulty and you would like it repaired, you can return it to us at our expense and we will repair it. This offer is limited to faults of manufacturing at the time of receipt of the item. For example, if you receive and item and the seam has come apart, we will repair it, but if the seam comes apart as a result of wear, the onus of repair is on the purchaser.

What if my item of clothing doesn’t fit?

We are a small, business and only order enough supplies to create the 5 items for each drop. At the time of purchase, you provide us with your measurements and select the size required from the sizing table provided, and the garment/s are made for you. It is therefore important that you provide us with accurate measurements. If your garment doesn’t fit, you can return the garment and we will measure it and compare against the measurements you provided. If the sizing is accurate with respect to the request, we cannot take responsibility for the garment not fitting. If you would like it resized we will endeavour to alter it at your expense for the labour, however if the garment is too small we are limited in the alterations that can be made. If the sizing is not accurate, we will take responsibility for the garment not fitting. If you would like it resized, we will alter it at our expense within the limits of the supplies available. In this case, if we are unable to resize appropriately (eg. the garment is too small and we don’t have any more fabric left), we will refund your purchase or give you credit against future purchases, whichever you prefer.
